Aralarında OpenAI ve Google DeepMind çalışanlarının da bulunduğu yapay zeka çalışanları, teknolojinin yarattığı risklere ilişkin endişelerini açık mektup ile dile getirdi.
Güvenlik kaygıları neticesindeki istifalarla gündeme gelen OpenAI, yeni güvenlik kurulunda iki yönetim kurulu üyesi ve Sam Altman’ın yer alacak.
Meta, OpenAI’nin GPT-4o’suna rakip olacak yeni çok modlu yapay zeka modeli Bukalemun’u geliştirdiğini açıkladı.
Amazon, ürünlerin kusurlarını kargolanma aşamasında kontrol eden Project PI adlı yapay zekasını yıl içerisinde birçok deposunda daha kullanmaya başlayacağını açıkladı.
Türk Telekom, yeni nesil 800GE veri iletim teknolojisini İstanbul-Ankara arası test etti ve 800 Gbps hıza ulaşmayı başardı.

KAMU KURUMLARINDAN TEKNOLOJİYE İLİŞKİN GELİŞMELER

İletişim Başkanlığı, Dezenformasyon Bülteni’nin 128. ve 129. sayılarını yayımladı. Buna göre, Atatürk Havalimanı’nın dini külliye oluyor ve 6 Şubat depremlerinde milli yas ilan edilmedi iddiaları gerçeği yansıtmamaktadır.
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Merkez Bankası, onay/tescil gerektiren ödeme işlemlerinde kontrollü bir ortam sağlayacak olan FAST Güvenli Ödeme İşlemi Katman Servisinin 31 Mayıs 2024 tarihinde kullanıma açıldığını ve Servisin, öncelikli olarak 2. el araç alım-satım işlemleri olmak üzere, işlemdeki taraflara güvence sağlanmasına ihtiyaç duyulan farklı iş modellerinde kullanılabileceğini açıklamıştır.
Ticaret Bakanlığı, Türkiye’de E-Ticaretin Görünümü Raporu’nu yayımladı. Buna göre e-ticaret hacmi 2023 yılında bir önceki yıla göre %115,15 artarak 1,85 trilyon Türk lirasına ulaştı. İşlem sayısı ise bir önceki yıla göre %22,25 artarak 5,87 milyar adet olarak gerçekleşti.

31 Mayıs 2024 tarihli ve 32562 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan 2019/14799 başvuru numaralıve 07.02.2024 karar tarihli Anayasa Mahkemesi bireysel başvuru kararı uyarınca, başvurucununsosyal medya hesaplarından yaptığı paylaşımlar gerekçe gösterilerek iş sözleşmesininfeshedilmesi durumunun, başvurucunun Anayasa’nın 20. maddesinde güvence altına alınanözel hayata saygı hakkının ihlal edildiğine karar verilmiştir. Mahkeme, başvurucununpaylaşımlarının işveren ile aralarındaki güven ilişkisinin kopmasına neden olduğu yönündekikabulün işverenin tek taraflı beyanına dayandığını ve paylaşımların ne olduğununaçıklanmadığını belirtmiştir. Ayrıca, sonuçları itibarıyla iş sözleşmesinin sürdürülmesininişverenden beklenemeyeceği hususunun işveren ve mahkemeler tarafından ortayakonulamadığına dikkat çekmiştir. Tüm bu hususlar birlikte değerlendirildiğinde, özel hayatasaygı hakkına ilişkin Anayasa’da belirtilen güvencelerin gözetildiği özenli bir yargılamayapılmadığı sonucuna varan Anayasa Mahkemesi, bu hakkın ihlal edildiğine ve başvurucuyatazminat ödenmesine hükmetmiştir.
