Trump Media and Technology Group, is planning to establish a Bitcoin treasury by raising approximately 2.5 billion $ in funding. The company has reached agreements with nearly 50 institutional investors to sell 1.5 billion $ in equity and 1 billion $ in convertible bonds. The financing is expected to be finalized on May 29, and the initiative is being considered one of the largest Bitcoin investments among publicly traded companies.
The UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has updated its encryption guidance. The revised version provides clearer direction on which encryption measures organizations are expected to implement. The acquisition aims to develop a new type of AI device that is context-aware and designed without a screen or headset. The device is planned to be manufactured in Vietnam and launched in 2027.

The strategy outlines five main goals: high technology, digital economy, green transformation, global integration, and structural transformation, supported by 20 macro-level targets.
