Ministry of Commerce has updated its “Potential E-Export Markets” guide. The guide contains basic information on the e-commerce regulations, marketplaces, customs processes, payment and shipping platforms of 25 countries.

Ministry of Commerce announced that within the scope of KOOP-DES, 110.5 million TRY in grant support was provided to 826 projects of 772 cooperatives during the 2020–2024 period, and 34.8 million TRY in grant support was provided to 68 projects of 63 cooperatives in 2025. As of 2025, the support limits for machinery and equipment, trade fair participation, and qualified personnel have been increased compared to previous years.

The company’s obligation to purchase a minimum of 45,000 tons of shelled hazelnuts each year between September and December has been reduced to 30,000 tons for 2025 specifically, citing reasons of crop decline and quality issues.

Collection General Comminique (Serial: C, Order No: 9) has been published in the Official Gazette dated November 13, 2025, and numbered 33076. Accordingly, the deferral interest rates have been reduced from 48 percent to 39 percent.

Decision on Determining the Delay Interest Rate in the First Paragraph of Article 51 of Law No. 6183 on the Collection Procedures of Public Debts as 3.7% to be Applied Separately for Each Month (Decision No.: 10556), has been published in the Official Gazette dated November 13, 2025, and numbered 33076. Accordingly, the late payment interest rate is reduced from 4.5 percent to 3.7 percent.
