Fatih Burak Uzun
Fatih Burak Uzun founded Uzun & Keskin Law Firm after working as legal advisor at BTS Attorney Partnership, Turkish Economy Bank (Turkish subsidiary of BNP Paribas), and Microsoft Turkey.
Burak has extensive experience in technology, finance, entrepreneurship and international trade and continues to work in these practice areas. Burak offers trainings within various institutions in these fields and also carries out mentoring activities for entrepreneurs.
Burak has graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. He received a master’s degree from Galatasaray University in the field of private law. He has completed his PhD in Istanbul University. His doctoral dissertation is about conflict of laws in cyberspace.
Burak is married and has one child. Burak speaks Turkish and English.

Emrah Keskin
After working in MSN Law Firm, Gültekin Bozok Law Firm and ASC Law Firm, Emrah Keskin continued his career as a partner in AFAD Law Firm. Later, he founded Uzun & Keskin Law Firm.
Emrah is specialized on individual and corporate criminal law (including White collar crimes and anti money laundering laws), labor law and commercial law. He continues to serve his clients in these fields by using his vast experience.
Emrah is also a trustee in composition.

Upon working in Türkmenözü Law Firm and Aksigorta, Damla Şahin continued her career as a partner in Uzun & Keskin Law Firm.
Damla is specialized on insurance law, labor and social security law, law of transportation, and continues to work in these practice areas. Damla is also competent in the field of cooperatives.
Damla has graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law as an honor student. She is currently doing her master’s degree in Economics Law at Marmara University. She also received associate degrees from Atatürk University, Faculty of Open University about Banking and Insurance department and Occupational Health and Safety departments.
Damla has completed expertise programs in the fields of “Forensic Traffic Defects, Damage and Loss of Value” and “Actuarial Calculations”.

Kübra Dilara Uzun
After working in Akbay Law Firm, Aksigorta and, HDH Consultancy Service which operates in the field of insurance, Kübra Dilara Uzun continued her career as a partner in Uzun & Keskin Law Firm.
Dilara has extensive experience and expertise in insurance law and continues to work in these practice area.
Dilara has graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. In addition, she came in third in the Fundamental Insurance Training Program (TSEV) in the 2020-2021 Academic Year and, came in first in the Transportation Branch.
Dilara successfully completed Istanbul University Actuarial Expertise Training, Actuarial Qualified Calculations Expertise Program and Forensic Traffic Defect, Damage and Loss of Value Program and Reinsurance Trainings.

Kıvılcım Aksüt joined Uzun & Keskin Law Firm as a partner after working as an attorney at law at Ernst&Young and BTS Attorney Partnership and as a founding partner at Ege & Aksüt Law Firm.
Kıvılcım has experience in commercial, copyright, corporate, and tax law and continues to provide services to local and foreign organizations in these practice areas.
Kıvılcım has graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law, and currently working on his thesis on MSc in Economics at Istanbul Bilgi University.
Kıvılcım is fluent in English. He is married and has two children.

Büşra Ersöz Efe
After working in Aydın & Aydın Law Firm, Egemenoglu Law Firm and Odak Law Firm, Büşra Ersöz Efe continued her career as a senior lawyer Uzun & Keskin Law Firm.
Büşra has worked in the fields of contract law, family law, and commercial law, with a particular specialization in labor and social security law. She has provided consultancy services in individual and collective labor law to many companies with domestic and foreign capital operating in various sectors and has contributed to the resolution of disputes involving these companies.

Yağmur Bengisu Yücel

During her undergraduate education, Nihan worked as a short-term intern in the Muhtaranlar Attorney Partnership, and after her graduation, she completed her legal internship within the Sur Yapı Group of Companies.
