Fatih Burak Uzun
FOUNDING PARTNER
Dr. Fatih Burak Uzun co-founded Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership after holding legal counsel positions at BTS Attorney Partnership, Türk Ekonomi Bankası and Microsoft Turkey.
Burak has extensive experience in technology, finance, entrepreneurship, project finance, and international commercial transactions, and continues to work actively in these fields. He regularly delivers training programs within various institutions and provides mentorship to entrepreneurs. In addition, he delivers training programs within various institutions and offers mentorship to entrepreneurs.
He received his bachelor’s degree in law from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed his master’s degree in private law at Galatasaray University. He earned his doctorate from Istanbul University with a dissertation focusing on conflict of laws in digital environment.
Burak lectures on technology law and commercial law at the undergraduate and graduate levels at Rauf Denktaş University, Okan University, and Piri Reis University.
Burak is from Trabzon, he is married and has one child. He speaks English fluently.

Emrah Keskin
FOUNDING PARTNER
Emrah Keskin co-founded Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership after working as an attorney at MSN Law Firm, Gültekin Bozok Law Firm, and ASC Law Firm, and later serving as a partner at AFAD Law Firm.
He has significant experience in individual and corporate criminal law (including white-collar crimes and anti-money laundering regulations), labor law, family and inheritance law, construction and real estate, and commercial law. He offers legal services in those fields.
In addition, Emrah acts as a court-appointed concordat commissioner.
He received his bachelor’s degree in law from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
He is from Hatay, he is married and has one child.

Damla Şahin
PARTNER
Damla Şahin joined Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership as a partner after working as an attorney at Türkmenözü Law Firm and Aksigorta.
Damla has extensive experience in insurance law, health law, labor and social security law, as well as transport and carriage law, and continues to work actively in these fields. She also possesses strong expertise in the area of cooperatives.
She graduated with honors from Marmara University Faculty of Law and completed her master’s degree in economic law at the same university. She also holds associate degrees in Banking and Insurance, and Occupational Health and Safety from Atatürk University Distance Education Faculty.
Damla has successfully completed expert witness programs in “Forensic Traffic Fault, Damage and Loss of Value” and “Actuarial Qualified Calculations.”

Kübra Dilara Uzun
PARTNER
Kübra Dilara Uzun joined Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership as a partner following her work at HDH Consultancy and Akbay Law Firm, and over four years of experience at Aksigorta.
Dilara specializes in insurance law and health law, and continues to practice in those fields.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in law from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. She ranked third in the 2020–2021 academic year of the TSEV Basic Insurance Training Program and first in the Transportation Branch.
Dilara has completed the Istanbul University Actuarial Expert Witness Training, Actuarial Qualified Calculations, Forensic Traffic Fault, Damage and Loss of Value, and Reinsurance Training programs.
She is married and has one child.

Kıvılcım Aksüt
PARTNER
Before joining Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership as a partner, Kıvılcım Aksüt worked as a lawyer at Ernst & Young and BTS Attorney Partnership, and served as a founding partner at Ege & Aksüt Law Office.
Kıvılcım specializes in intellectual property law, labor and immigration law, commercial law, corporate law, and tax law, and continues to provide legal services in these areas to both domestic and international organizations.
He holds a law degree from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing her thesis studies in the Economics Master’s Program at Istanbul Bilgi University.
Kıvılcım speaks English fluently.
He is married and has two children.

Mustafa Mert Yaşar
OF COUNSEL
Mustafa Mert Yaşar began his legal career at BTS Attorney Partnership and continued at Ünsal Law Office, where he served as a partner during his last two years. He later joined Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership as an of counsel.
Mert has extensive experience in technology, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, data protection, and cryptocurrency, and continues to work actively in these fields. He frequently speaks at seminars, webinars, and conferences particularly on data protection and crypto law and regularly provides corporate training in these areas.
He received his bachelor’s degree in law from Istanbul University Faculty of Law .
Mert speaks English and German fluently.

Büşra Ersöz Efe

Büşra Ersöz Efe joined Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership as a senior attorney following roles at Aydın & Aydın Attorney Partnership, Egemenoğlu Law Firm, and Odak Attorney Partnership.
Büşra has worked in the fields of law of obligations, family law, and commercial law, with a particular specialization in labor and social security law. She has provided legal consultancy to numerous local and foreign-capital companies operating across various sectors, particularly in matters concerning individual and collective labor law, and has contributed to the resolution of disputes involving these companies.
Büşra graduated with a law degree from Uludağ University Faculty of Law in 2013.
She is fluent in English.

Zeynep Ceren Koç

Zeynep Ceren Koç began her career as a legal intern at Getir and Çalışkan Okkan Toker Law Firm before joining Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership as an associate.

Kübra Arıkanoğlu Durmaz

Kübra Arıkanoğlu Durmaz started working as a senior attorney at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership after working as an attorrney at Erden & Partners Law Office and Barka Waste Management Company.
Kübra has experience in labor law, commercial law, and contract law. She has specialized particularly in labor and social security law, providing consultancy services to many companies across various sectors in this field. Kübra has contributed to resolving disputes arising from labor law and commercial contracts in which companies are involved.

Nurseli Dilan Işık joined Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership as a senior attorney following her experience as a legal intern at Alp Law Office and her practice as an attorney at Sezenoğlu Law Office, Denizoğlu Law Office, and Şükrü Kocuk Law Office.
Nurseli has worked in the fields of criminal law, labor law, lease law, and insurance law, with a particular focus on loss of value claims. She provides legal services to both individual and corporate clients and actively takes part in dispute resolution processes.

LEGAL INTERN
