Fatih Burak Uzun
FOUNDING PARTNER
Dr. Fatih Burak Uzun is the founding partner of Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership and one of Turkey’s leading experts in technology law, data privacy, commercial law, and corporate structuring. He advises both domestic and international clients on complex matters involving intellectual property, fintech, e-commerce, cloud computing, regulatory compliance, and cross-border data transfers.
Burak has graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. He received a master’s degree from Galatasaray University in the field of private law. He has completed his PhD in Istanbul University. His doctoral dissertation is about conflict of laws in cyberspace.
Burak is married and has one child. Burak speaks Turkish and English.

Emrah Keskin
FOUNDING PARTNER
Emrah Keskin is a founding partner of Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, with deep expertise in corporate and individual criminal law, white-collar crimes, anti-money laundering regulations, and compliance investigations. He also specializes in labor law and commercial litigation, representing both individuals and businesses in complex legal matters.
Before co-founding the firm, he worked at MSN Law Firm, Gültekin Bozok Law Firm, and ASC Law Firm, later becoming a partner at AFAD Law Firm. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled financial crime defense, corporate fraud cases, and employment law disputes, offering pragmatic and results-driven legal counsel.
Emrah is also a certified concordat commissioner, advising companies on financial restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, and insolvency law. His ability to negotiate settlements and navigate high-stakes disputes makes him a trusted legal partner for corporate clients.
He holds a law degree from Istanbul University, is fluent in Turkish, and is originally from Hatay. He is married and has one child. He enjoys cooking and traveling.

Damla Şahin
PARTNER
Damla Şahin is a partner at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, specializing in insurance law, labor and social security law, and transportation law. She provides comprehensive legal advisory and litigation services to insurance companies, multinational corporations, and logistics firms.
Before joining Uzun & Keskin, she worked at Türkmenözü Law Office and Aksigorta, where she developed expertise in insurance claims, liability disputes, and employment regulations. She holds a law degree from Marmara University, where she graduated with honors, and a master’s in economic law from the same institution.
In addition to her law degrees, she earned associate degrees from Atatürk University in Banking & Insurance and Occupational Health & Safety. She is also a certified expert witness in forensic traffic fault analysis, damage assessment, and actuarial calculations.
Damla enjoys painting, art history and travelling.
Kübra Dilara Uzun

Kübra Dilara Uzun is a leading expert in insurance law, advising top insurance companies on policy structuring, claims management, and dispute resolution. Her expertise also includes compliance with regulatory frameworks and handling complex reinsurance agreements.
Before joining Uzun & Keskin as a partner, she worked at HDH Consulting Services, Akbay Law Office, and Aksigorta, where she spent over four years as a legal advisor. She holds a law degree from Istanbul University and achieved distinction in the Basic Insurance Training Program (TSEV), ranking third overall and first in the Transport Branch.
Dilara is certified in Actuarial Calculations, Reinsurance Training, and Forensic Traffic Fault & Damage Assessment.
She is married and has one child. She is entuhiastic about travelling, painting and interior design.
Kıvılcım Aksüt

Kıvılcım Aksüt is a partner at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, specializing in intellectual property law, corporate law, tax law, and commercial litigation. He provides strategic legal counsel to domestic and international companies on IP protection, corporate compliance, and tax optimization strategies.
Before joining Uzun & Keskin, he worked at Ernst & Young and BTS & Partners and co-founded Ege & Aksüt Law Office, advising multinational corporations on cross-border transactions and corporate structuring. He holds a law degree from Istanbul Bilgi University and is currently pursuing a master’s in economics at the same institution.
Kıvılcım is fluent in English, married, and has two children. Kıvılcım takes great interest in geopolitics, economy and basketball.
Mustafa Mert Yaşar

M. Mert Yaşar is a leading expert in technology, e-commerce, data protection, entrepreneurship, and crypto law. As an Of Counsel at Uzun & Keskin, he advises clients on data privacy regulations, fintech compliance, and blockchain-related legal issues.
Previously, he worked at BTS & Partners and Ünsal Law Firm, where he was a partner, specializing in digital law and financial regulations. He frequently speaks at international conferences and conducts corporate training on GDPR compliance, cybersecurity, and financial technologies. Mert holds a law degree from Istanbul University
Mert is fluent in English and German. He enjoys chess, coding and piano.
Büşra Ersöz Efe

Büşra Ersöz Efe is a senior associate at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, with over a decade of experience in labor and employment law, with particular expertise in individual and collective labor disputes, social security law, and commercial litigation. She provides strategic legal counsel to a wide range of local and international companies, supporting them in navigating complex employment regulations, internal policies, and dispute resolution processes.
At Uzun & Keskin, Büşra plays a key role in the Dispute Resolution Department, where she leads the management of lawsuits in areas including family law, consumer protection, obligations law, commercial law, enforcement & bankruptcy law, and criminal law. She is particularly skilled in handling HR-related legal documentation, collective bargaining issues, and the legal aspects of termination and compliance strategies.
Prior to joining the firm, Büşra held positions at leading law firms such as Odak Attorney Partnership, Egemenoğlu Law Firm, and Aydın & Aydın Attorney Partnership, where she deepened her specialization in labor litigation and corporate advisory services.
She holds a law degree from Uludağ University and is a graduate of Tirebolu Anadolu Lisesi, where she ranked first in her class. Büşra is proficient in English.

Kübra Orman
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Kübra Orman is a senior associate and certified mediator at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, with over a decade of experience in labor and social security law, commercial law, insurance law, and dispute resolution. She provides legal advisory and litigation services to both corporate clients and individuals across diverse sectors including retail, tourism, construction, logistics, healthcare, and hospitality.
Before joining Uzun & Keskin, Kübra held positions at several prominent law firms. Throughout her career, she has managed court proceedings, contract drafting and revision, enforcement actions, and legal strategy. She also has hands-on experience in office management, legal team coordination, and corporate client relations. Kübra is a registered mediator, certified in labor law, commercial law, insurance law, and has worked on both voluntary and mandatory mediation cases.
She holds a law degree from Marmara University (2011) and an associate degree in Accounting and Tax Applications from Anadolu University.
She is interest in latin dance and plays tennis.
Zeynep Ceren Koç

Zeynep Ceren Koç is an associate at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, focusing on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, IT and data protection law.
Zeynep graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law (2023), following prior studies in Mathematics Education at Boğaziçi University. During her academic years, she held leadership roles in legal media platforms such as Lawtudent and Radyohukuk, where she directed digital legal content and communications.
She previously gained experience as a legal intern at BSHK & Hatip, Çalışkan Okkan Toker, and Getir. In addition to her legal background, she has marketing and product experience at Advopass and Askipo, where she worked on market analysis, digital content strategy, and product development.
Zeynep is fluent in English, has a strong interest in violin, chess, yoga, and latin dance.
Yağmur Bengisu Yücel

Yağmur Bengisu Yücel is an associate at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, providing litigation services across a broad range of practice areas including labor law, corporate and commercial law, criminal law and inheritance law.
Before joining Uzun & Keskin, she gained diverse legal experience working as a lawyer at several law firms. Yağmur graduated with honors from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Private Law at Bahçeşehir University, with a particular focus on corporate law and dispute resolution. Yağmur brings a solution-oriented, analytical mindset to each legal challenge, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and legal precision.
She plays piano and interested in music.
Ceren Tezcan

Ceren Tezcan is an associate at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, capital markets, and commercial law. She advises both local and international clients on investment transactions, IPOs, bond issuances, and regulatory compliance across a wide range of industries including technology, entertainment, defense, and retail.
Prior to joining Uzun & Keskin, Ceren held associate positions at Özmen Yalçın, Pelister Atayılmaz Enkür, and Paksoy Law Firm. She holds a law degree from Koç University (2020) and is a graduate of Robert College, where she was an active member of student leadership and extracurricular initiatives. Ceren is fluent in English and speaks basic German and Italian.
She has earned several certifications in arbitration, restructuring law, and reinsurance, and has a deep personal interest in skiing, watercolor painting, piano, and kitesurfing.
Sena Uykan

Sena Uykan is an associate at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, with a strong focus on data protection (KVKK), contract law, and regulatory compliance. She provides comprehensive legal advisory services to companies across various sectors, including technology, medical devices, education, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Uzun & Keskin, Sena worked as an attorney at Sevinçler Hukuk Bürosu and completed her legal internship at Ari Avukatlık Bürosu, where she developed practical experience in competition law, contract negotiation, and pre-litigation processes.
Sena holds a law degree from Ankara University Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing studies in E-commerce and Marketing at Istanbul University. She is fluent in Serbian.
She enjoys traveling, cooking and swimming.
Tuğçe Nur Özkara

Tuğçe Nur Özkara is an associate at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, with experience across a wide spectrum of legal disciplines including insurance law, corporate and commercial law, real estate, employment law, and intellectual property.
Prior to joining Uzun & Keskin, Tuğçe practiced at Arıkboğa & Özbey Law Firm, where she was involved in managing legal processes for foreign clients, Turkish companies, and high-profile insurance clients. Her work included contract drafting and negotiation, litigation management, dispute resolution, and acting as a liaison in international matters. She completed her legal internship at HS Attorney Partnership, advising major Turkish banks and private sector clients on corporate, real estate, and regulatory issues.
Tuğçe holds a law degree from Afyon Kocatepe University (2022) with honors and has been actively involved in volunteer legal organizations and university law communities.
Outside of law, Tuğçe enjoys mountaineering, climbing, photography, violin, and cultural writing.
Vuslat Yaren Bakır
LEGAL INTERN
Vuslat Yaren Bakır is a legal intern at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, working in intellectual property law, data protection law, and labor law. She supports the firm in both advisory and litigation-related matters, with a strong emphasis on legal research, drafting, and regulatory compliance.
Vuslat has a law degree at Istanbul Bilgi University with certificate of honour, where she maintains a strong academic performance and actively participates in extracurricular and international legal activities. She has represented her university as a delegate in multiple Model United Nations conferences, including those hosted by Robert College, Istanbul Erkek Lisesi, ITU, and Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi.
She gained valuable legal training through several internships at Kahveci Law Firm and most recently at Esin Attorney Partnership, where she supported attorneys in legal drafting, document review, and client advisory services. Vuslat is fluent in English.
She is interested in yoga, piano and drawing.
Elif Bensu Doğan
LEGAL INTERN
Elif Bensu Doğan is a legal intern at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, actively contributing to the firm’s practice in labor law, insurance law, criminal law, and enforcement law. She supports senior lawyers in legal research, drafting petitions, reviewing court decisions, and conducting procedural follow-ups.
Bensu began her legal journey as a student intern at Uzun & Keskin and currently continues as a trainee lawyer following her graduation from Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law (2024). Known for her disciplined and fast-paced work ethic, Bensu takes initiative in managing legal tasks efficiently and aspires to further grow her legal expertise in a collaborative, high-standard professional environment.
She holds certificates from various legal seminars and conferences, including the Quantum Organization’s Legal Summit
Bensu is enthusiastic about design and art.
Mahir Şahman
STUDENT INTERN
Mahir Şahman is a student intern at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, where he supports the team in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, IT law, and data protection. He actively assists with legal research, contract review, and drafting, particularly in matters involving personal data protection compliance and technology-related legal frameworks.
Mahir is currently completing his law degree at Dokuz Eylül University and simultaneously pursuing an associate degree in Computer Programming at Anadolu University. His academic foundation is strengthened by active participation in mock trials, legal simulations, and national legal seminars, including the Yargı Konferansı, Zirve Hukuk Bahar Dönemi Seminerleri, and Meclis Simülasyonu programs, focusing on areas such as criminal law, constitutional law, and arbitration.
Prior to joining Uzun & Keskin, Mahir completed a summer internship at Çetin Law Firm in İzmir, where he gained hands-on experience in petition drafting, legal documentation, and bilingual research. He is fluent in English.
His personal interests include debate, cinema analysis, board games, and legal writing.
