The Competition Board decided to impose administrative fines of ₺184.363.976,71 and ₺33.321.564,11 on Abdi İbrahim İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and GlaxoSmithKline İlaçları Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi due to the gentleman’s agreements between them and the exchange of competitively sensitive information between competitors, and to terminate the investigation with a settlement for the aforementioned undertakings. |

PERSONAL DATA BREACH NOTIFICATIONS
| In the personal data breach notification made by Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. to the Personal Data Protection Board; it was explained that the breach occurred due to a security vulnerability in the Customer Record Management (CRM) system of the data controller; the breach may have started in 2019; the categories of personal data affected by the breach are identity and contact data, the relevant groups of persons affected by the breach are customers and potential customers, and the number of affected people is approximately 35.988 people from Türkiye. |
