The Official Gazette of November 25, 2023, published by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, announced the revaluation rate for 2023 as 58.46%. This revaluation rate will affect judicial and administrative fines, as well as tax amounts.
A Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette on November 25, 2023, has set the initial capital for newly established companies as follows: ₺250,000 for joint-stock companies, ₺500,000 for non-public joint-stock companies using the registered capital system, and ₺50,000 for limited liability companies. These new requirements will take effect on January 1, 2024.
